Although i am not really happy with my results regarding my F&B 1st Submission.. Haiz, put in so much effort and thoughts, but the result like shit.. Going to see my lecturer on Tuesday to review it and see where i am improve.. Of course i would love a new grading, but most importantly, i want to know where i am lacking of and where i can improve.. So yeah..
Tuesday I had JAPANESE RICE BALLS for lunch! Made by Shuk and Ming Xian with love!! Super simple yet heartwarming and delicious!
Then for F&B lesson, I had a CHOCOLATE WORKSHOP! Hahaz! YES, managed to try 6 different types of AWESOME chocolates lah! Really love the lesson!!

Wednesday night after dinner, Joyce, Ming Xian and me felt restless, so we decided to make chocolate nutty bars and chocolate cornflake clusters! DAMN NICE CAN!! Hahaz! Simple and super uber shoik lah!! Can make in Singapore!! =)
Thursday was exciting too with pancakes for breakfast! And i attempted to make strawberry compote and I must say, it is AWESOME ah! Hahaz! Success!! Had a great breakfast to start the day!! Then in the evening Joyce and Xue Ying left for Sydney le... To enjoy SEAFOOD!
Friday i went to DFO after lesson!! But as usual, prepare ALOT of money to go and shop, but i only spent $12 in total.. $10 on a pair of black Cotton On shorts, and $2 on a birthday card.. Hahaz.. That is all leh! So disappointing right... But it was okie lah. =)
Saturday lunch i attempted to cook beef stir fry noodles.. To me it is quite nice lah, not sure about the other babes.. Hahaz!
Filled with beef, capsicum, carrot, brocolli, mushroom and noodles!
Then at night we had SUSHI!! AWESOME SIMPLE SUSHI with Crabstick, Cucumber, Tuna, Corn, Sausage, Wasabi, Mayo and Light Soya Sauce!! DAMN SHOIK LAH! After dinner we watched the rugby match between All Blacks and Wallabies! OH YEAH! ALL BLACKS WON!! Hahaz! Ming Xian and me got rather excited during the match, it was quite funny.. HAHAZ! See men fly, feeling excited for them, feeling pain for them when you see them bleeding or getting squashed and stuff.. Hahaz! Here are some Sushi Photos!

Sunday! Which is today, did a little work, more slacking.. Hahaz.. Went to Coles with Ming Xian to get groceries and the DRUMSTICK STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM that is on offer! Then had SUPER SALTY Oyakudon for dinner.. Sorry babes and Huai An! =( Did not estimate properly... Before that, was baking Almond and Cranberry Biscotti as requested by Joyce! Hahaz.. I hope she do not have access to my blog till she is home tomorrow morning to see the biscottis on the table.. Hahaz..

The biscotti a little fail though, think i never bake long enough the first round, so when i cut it, it was still quite mushy.. Come out look quite mashed up.. HAHAZ!! Ooops!
Hahaz.. As you can see, i decided to upload photos to use up my internet.. HAHAZ! This week is going to be exciting too!! Need to get started on 3 other essays and 2 presentations... So yeah..
Oh! Was damn happy when my mum called today! Little short updates that just brightens my day! So i have said enough for this entry.. Looking forward to this week, cause it means another week closer to home! Hahaz.. Okie lah, i am also enjoying myself here with the Campus View babes! Hahaz..
